The check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and the check-out time is at 12:00 pm.

We provide free parking for guests located across the street, in front of the Reception area.
DO THE ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
The rooms are equipped with one or two ceiling fans (varies depending on the room or cabañas) above the bed. None of our rooms or cabañas currently have air conditioning.
CAN WE HAVE EXTRA BEDS IN THE ROOM OR CABIN?
There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms. The maximum total number of guests in a room is 2 or 4.
DO YOU ACCEPT PETS?
No. Cabañas Playa Condesa Tulum is located within the Tulum National Park and does not allow access with pets.
DO YOU ACCEPT CHILDREN?
All children are welcome. Cabañas Playa Condesa Tulum is a family-friendly hotel. If you are accompanied by a child and have questions about the number of guests per room or cabin, please contact us here.
